Today’s question is about a narcissistic husband. What are your thoughts on spiritual warfare and a narcissistic person? I’ve never thought of abusive behavior in terms of demonic spirits or spiritual warfare, but Romans 1 describes individuals who reject God’s truth. Paul describes Ahab and Jezebel as demonic spirits that we must cast out.
The rest of Ephesians 6 talks about putting on our spiritual armor, starting with the belt of truth and breastplate of righteousness, which means you must be vigilant to do your own work to protect yourself against the enemy’s lies. Many Christian women receive advice from well-meaning people helpers about how to change their lives.
