Psalm 128:3. How powerful it is to be fruitful vines in our homes! Vines provide fruit, sustenance, and refreshment to others, and we must stay connected to God in order to remain fruitful as wives, mothers, and women of God.
4. Pray for your Family to Serve the Lord
Whether you’re praying for your husband or your son, you can ask that he continue to fear the Lord and obey God’s commands, as well as that the men in your family seek wisdom and direction from the Lord, and that your home be blessed.
5. Pray for the Generations Coming After You
Not only should we pray for our children, but we can also pray right now for their future spouses; the faith legacy we establish in our homes will have long-term effects on our families.
6. Pray for the Lord’s Peace to Cover your Family
Walk through your home and declare God’s peace over it; a home blessed by the Lord is filled with his peace. This does not mean that our families will never have conflict or disagreements; however, the peace of Christ can remain firm and secure in your home even when the storms come.
